Balfour Leadership Training Workshop - 2015

Hosted annually since 1947, the Balfour Leadership Training Workshop (LTW) has been Sigma Chi's premier leadership training workshop presented for undergraduate members throughout North America. Participants work together as a chapter leadership team, learn valuable skills pertaining to officer-specific responsibilities, and meet brothers from across the United States and Canada.

Each chapter is encouraged to send as many participants as possible, and each chapter will receive five 'paid-for' slots. Balfour LTW provides officer training through seven separate divisions:

• Consul (only for current Consuls or Consul-elects)
• Pro Consul
• Quaestor
• Magister
• Recruitment
• Risk Management
• Ritual (a ritual-based leadership and personal development division that replaced Emerging Leaders)

Participants will split their time between officer-specific training and working with their chapter to determine imperatives for the upcoming academic year

Chapter Advisors who were appointed on or after January 1, 2014 AND have not previously attended Chapter Advisor training at Balfour LTW are eligible for complementary registration for and travel to Balfour LTW 2015. Simply select "New Chapter Advisor Training" during registration.

Your time at Balfour LTW will be spent in Chapter Advisor-specific training as well as working with your chapter to develop their strategic plan.
