2015 Grand Chapter

Sigma Chi Grand Chapter is returning to San Diego.

For the first time since 1985, San Diego is proud to host the Sigma Chi's biggest event.

A celebration of all things Sigma Chi, Grand Chapter is the supreme legislative body of Sigma Chi and convenes every other summer.

It is composed of one delegate from each active undergraduate chapter and alumni chapter, the Grand Consul and Past Grand Consuls, each being entitled to one vote. The Grand Chapter elects the officers of the Fraternity as well as alter or amend the Constitution, Statutes, and Executive Committee Regulations.

Local Sig alumi directly involved in planning Grand Chapter are Bob White, Dan Shaver and Andrew Crossan along with former Southern California Grand Praetor C. Loren Butler. The committee will be working closely with the San Diego Sigma Chi Alumni Chapter along with the Orange County and Los Angeles Alumni Chapters and is looking for additional Sig alumni who are interested in sponsoring and volunteering.
