CSUSM Alumni Night

The California State University - San Marcos group (Sigma Chi Delta) has been accepted as an official colony of Sigma Chi and is working on Phase 1 of their expansion. They are very close to being done with Phase 1, so now we need to turn up the heat and help them grow strategically, maintaining the strong focus on values-based leadership and academic excellence.

Sigma Chi has created some new rules for initiation, which require a 2.75 cumulative GPA to get initiated. We'll need to work with a number of guys to ensure they meet and exceed our academic standards and to coach them how to recruit high quality guys.
