Alumni Lunch - July 2023 - Dr. Faye Girsh
Please join San Diego Sigma Chi Alumni for our 2023 July lunch.
Our special guest speaker this month is Dr. Faye Girsh who comes to us as a special guest of brother Bill Altaffer, Alpha Upsilon '67.
Educated at Harvard University, Dr. Girsh began her career as a clinical and forensic psychologist. In 1983 she became involved with the “Right to Die” movement. She was president of the World Federation of Right to Die Societies, The Hemlock Society USA and founder of the San Diego Hemlock Society. She has lived in China, Egypt, and Japan. Her love of travel has taken her to Albania, India the ‘Stans’, New Guinea, North Korea, Papua, Saudi Arabia, and many other places.
