Alumni Lunch - September 2024 | Navy Seal Lt Cmdr Ed Hiner

Please join San Diego Sigma Chi Alumni for our 2024 September lunch.

Ed Hiner is our special guest this month. Ed saw 9 major deployments and commanded hundreds of strategic combat missions over his 20-year career as a Navy SEAL. He has served as Executive Officer, Team Leader, and Navy Special Warfare Training Officer for Navy SEAL’s. Lieutenant Commander Hiner earned two Bronze Stars with “V” for valor and combat leadership amongst numerous other awards. He was the first ever “spot promoted” Navy SEAL for a combat command at the Battle of Ramadi.

He authored two books First Fast Fearless, and GUTS, and was principally featured in the History Channel docu-series “Navy SEAL’s: America’s Secret Warriors.” Ed holds a Master of Science degree in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego and is the founder and President of Asymmetrical Evolution, a youth education company.
