Delta Xi Luau & Open House Celebration

Delta Xi Luau & Open House Celebration at the Chapter House, 5050 College Ave. luau themed in tribute to some of Sigma Chi's landmark activities going back to the 1950’s and after (Tropical Cruise, San Felipe retreats, Reggae Sunsplash).

The house is undergoing extensive exterior renovations prior to the event, so come see the big changes! All rooms will be open for touring; go see your old rooms for those of you ‘70s forward! Multiple activities are planned for this event that will keep you busy and entertained! Details to follow. The undergrads have moved out and will not be there over Summer. This is an all alumni event though we may have an introduction of a few chapter officers in one segment.  

Food and beverage (beer & wine, non-alcoholic fare) catered at no cost to you. Just come have fun, relive some amazing memories and make some new ones.

Where should I park?

We recommend ridesharing to the house but we are working on parking from our Greek neighbors and more. While we encourage rideshare and the like, we have secured the TKE lot in addition to our own for those of you driving. We are presently working on securing more spaces at adjacent properties.. Check back on the San Diego Alumni Chapter website for updates.

Where should I stay if coming from out of town?

With friends if you can or any hotel or AB&B/VRBO you prefer. We'd recommend lodging in Mission Valley close to the trolley which goes right to SDSU if you wish to use it. There are several hotel options including a Marriott and a Hilton. Hotel Circle also has a number of options.
