San Luis Rey Loop Bike Ride

San Diego Sigs, Sweethearts, Family & Friends! Come out and join the alumni chapter for a great ride from Carlsbad Village thru the Tri-Cities, then along the San Luis Rey River Trail and down the coast back to Carlsbad on Saturday, February 22nd @8:00am. This will be an easy to moderate 25-mile route. Pizza & Beer following the ride at Pizza Port Carlsbad. Please RSVP so I know who to expect to be there.

We will meet at Super Donuts in Carlsbad Village (Street parking is available). We will depart NTL 8:15am and I expect to arrive at Pizza Port Carlsbad for lunch around 11am. (There will be a couple short rest stops along the route.) If anyone is interested in doing more mileage, reach out to me, I will be starting from Sorrento Valley and riding to Carlsbad starting at 6:30am.

We will be riding busy roads so make sure you are comfortable riding on streets. It is a no drop ride so we will re-group as necessary to stay together. Be sure to bring enough water and nutrition (energy bar/gel's) to stay properly hydrated & energized.
