Join us for lunch this month to hear guest speaker, Jayson Yoss, as he shares the latest details on new the Rent Control laws passed with AB-1482 that go into effect in 2020. Hear how these new laws might impact the San Diego housing market, real estate values and your rights as a landlord/renter.

Brother Yoss is a Marine Corps officer combat veteran, with a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Arizona. While at UofA, Jayson established GoldenWest Management Inc., a full service property management firm specializing in residential and multi-unit properties.  Today, they have offices in San Diego, CA, Phoenix, AZ and Las Vegas, NV with over 1500 properties and almost $500 million in Residential Real Estate assets under management.  Jayson currently resides in Carlsbad California with his wife, Devan Romero, who is a Doctor of Public Health and a professor at California State University San Marcos. Together they have triplets that are getting ready to celebrate their third birthday.
