Join us for lunch this month to hear guest speaker, Significant Sig, Stath Karras as he talks about possible solutions for the SPAWAR Old Town Complex Redevelopment Initiative. As executive director of the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate (BMC), Stath is responsible for establishing and leveraging strategic priorities and initiatives for the center to advance its mission to recruit, educate and mentor real estate students, with the goal of facilitating their career pursuits within the industry. Previously, Stath spent seven years as an executive director with Cushman & Wakefield. He spent 19 years at Burnham Real Estate Services as president and CEO.

Stath is currently the chairman of the board of CONNECT and is former chairman of the board of the San Diego Regional Economic Development Corporation and currently serves on the executive committee of the board of directors. He is co-chair of the board of LEAD San Diego, was a former board member for the Challenged Athletes Foundation and sits on the board of directors for the H.G. Fenton Company. He also serves as an advisor to four technology companies.
