Former McKinsey Partner, CEO and active non-profit and corporate board member. Results-oriented CEO with strong strategic marketing and implementation skills. Most recently served as CEO and Board Member of Rubio's Restaurants and successfully lead auction process for public company. Prior senior executive roles at PepsiCo/Frito-Lay, Gateway and Amoco having direct P&L responsibility for $8 billion in revenue.

Serve on three non-profit boards - YMCA San Diego County, Rancho Santa Fe Foundation and The Power of Love Foundation
