Sigma Chi Alumni Bike Ride | 56 Bike Path

San Diego Sigs & Sweethearts, come out and join the alumni chapter for a great ride along the 56 Bike Path on Saturday, April 27th @8:00am. This will be a 20-mile roundtrip (out & back) ride starting from Bird Rock Coffee Roasters and turning around at the 15. This is a moderate ride suitable for all levels of riders.

We will meet at Bird Rock Coffee Roasters on Carmel Valley Road (Street parking is available or paid parking at the Torrey Pines parking lot across the street). We will depart at 8:15am and I expect to arrive back to the coffee shop by 10:30am. (There will be a couple short rest stops along the route.) 

For more advanced riders, I plan to do an additional 20 miles along the coast to Solana Beach and back following the main ride on the 56 bike path. This is optional for anyone wanting to get in a 40 mile ride. I plan to start this segment by 11am and be finished by 12:30pm, ending back at Bird Rock Coffee Roasters.
