Monthly Alumni Lunch - August 2013

Join the San Diego Sigma Chi Alumni Chapter at our monthly luncheon!  ALL Sigma Chi alumni are welcome no matter if you went to school on the east coast, west coast, in the Midwest or the South.

August featured Sigma Chi guest speaker is Brother Rhudy Fowler ('54, SDSU).

Sigma Chi Rhudy Fowler graduated from San Diego State University in 1954. He went on to serve in the U.S. Air Force and flew the F-80. This aircraft was known as the first operational jet fighter used by the United States Air Force, F-80 Shooting Star helped usher in the Jet Age in the USAF as well as other air forces across the world.

Following his service to our country, Rhudy worked Upjohn Pharmaceutical Company as a government sales manager and retired after 39 years. During the Vietnam War, he made 33 trips to Southeast Asia selling pharmaceutical supplies to U.S. government. He currently serves on the board of American Logistics Association.

2013 dues paid members and online prepay  - $15

Non-dues paid members $; Lunch & Dues $45

Dues:

General Member $30 or White Cross Membership $100 and good through calendar year

Payment Method: Cash or Check and payable to "SD Sig Alumni Chapter" (NO ATM/Credit Card)
