Christmas Sweetheart Lunch Welcomes United Way of San Diego

The San Diego Sigma Chi Alumni Chapter invites you and your sweetheart to join us for our 2010 Christmas luncheon with our special guest Kathleen Cramer from United Way of San Diego.

During this season of giving we welcome Kathleen Cramer from United Way of San Diego. She will be updating our alumni chapter on the changes to the Community Impact model that now has United Way focusing donor contributions on solving three of the region's critical problems instead of scattering those gifts to more than 100 different social service agencies as they did in years past.

Here are the three areas United Way is addressing:

• Stopping Child Abuse and Neglect
• Promoting Financial Stability and Independence
• Homeless Outreach and Prevention

ALL Sigma Chi alumni are welcome no matter if you went to school on the east coast, west coast, in the Midwest or the South. Spread the word and please pass this invitation along to any alumni who would like to come. If you've paid your local alumni dues, lunch is $15.00. If you haven't paid your local alumni dues, lunch is $20.00. (Dues are $30 and payable at anytime.) Regardless if you've paid your dues or not, wives, girlfriends, sweethearts are $15.00. All monies will be collected at the door.

For this holiday season, we ask that attendees please bring any canned goods for those in need.
